Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, managing all production workers and activities to exceed customer expectations. Identify and report any production abnormalities to management, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion by organizing production flow effectively. Ensure all production equipment is well-maintained and in good operating condition. Supervise timely dispatch of all manufactured products. Prepare total cost estimates for work, including labor, materials, and outsourced services. Generate production status reports for management. Train subordinates and new employees on work procedures and tasks. Research and recommend best practices for production processes and procedures. Commit to plant safety procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar production role. Knowledge of manufacturing household cleaning products. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and maintain production quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
