Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of sushi including nigiri, maki, sashimi, and specialty rolls
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and properly stored
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
- Collaborate with the team to develop and introduce new sushi menu items
- Ensure proper portioning and food cost control
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies when needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations
- Deliver exceptional presentation and consistency in every dish

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
