Job Description
Wonder Bakery is looking to recruit an Kitchen Production Chef with with strong culinary & technical skills to lead the kitchen production team. The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the kitchen operations producing several products across multiple categories namely Indian, Asian, Continental. Requirements - To be considered for this role an ideal candidate would have - 10 to 12 years of total experience within kitchen production of which atleast 5 years experience as a kitchen chef /Sous Chef within the large scale working with multicuisine like Indian, Asian, Continental food processing environment. - Experience in recipe development, costing etc. - Experience working with multiple cuisines. - Qualification in cookery or equivalent. Candidates must be available in UAE for interview Job Type: Permanent
