Job Description

Chef

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the required standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize food waste.

Supervise and train kitchen staff when required.

Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Cashier

Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change promptly and professionally.

Balance cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports.

Ensure cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.

Support other staff during peak hours if needed.

Kitchen Assistant

Assist chefs with food preparation, such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

Keep kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas clean and sanitized.

Support in plating and serving dishes during busy hours.

Unpack and store deliveries, checking for freshness and quality.

Dispose of waste and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with chefs and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
