Develop and update menus based on seasonal availability, customer preferences, and business objectives, incorporating Syrian culinary traditions and trends.
Prepare and cook authentic Syrian dishes, such as appetizers, main courses, shawarma, and desserts, using traditional cooking methods and techniques.
Key responsibilities also include managing kitchen staff, overseeing operations, developing and updating menus, controlling food costs and inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in Syrian/Arabic cuisine, in-depth knowledge of its cooking methods and spices, strong organizational and leadership skills, and adherence to hygiene regulations.
