Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring authentic flavors, creativity, and consistency to our diverse buffet offerings while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Respnisbilities

Plan, prepare, and execute a wide range of

Indian and Arabic dishes

for buffet service. Ensure all food is prepared according to hotel standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Coordinate with kitchen staff on preparation techniques, portion control, and food safety. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and hotel policies. Work closely with the F&B team to coordinate special events, theme nights, and catering functions.

Qualifications & Experience:



Strong knowledge of buffet-style presentation and volume cooking. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during peak service times.
