Responsibilities:
o Oversee kitchen operations and staff
o Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
o Monitor food quality and hygiene
o Manage stock and inventory control
o Introduce weekly specials or seasonal dishes
Daily Duties:
o Arrive 1 hour before opening to check prep
o Taste test all gravies and base items before service
o Ensure kitchen team is properly dressed and groomed
o Monitor dish timings for dine-in and delivery
o Submit daily wastage and stock usage report
Weekly Duties:
o Check expiry and rotate inventory (FIFO)
o Plan for weekend high volume orders
o Submit procurement list to owner
Performance Metrics:
o Consistent food taste rating (Google/Talabat feedback)
o Low wastage
o Timely order dispatch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
