Job Title: Chef

Job Summary:
Zaytoon Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The Chef will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen team, overseeing food preparation, maintaining stock levels, ensuring kitchen hygiene, and upholding the quality and consistency of our cuisine. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can delegate tasks efficiently and inspire excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff for efficient food preparation.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate supply orders.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager (minimum 4 years).
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese and international cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in kitchen administration and stock management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
