Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kebab Maker to join our team . The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of kebabs, ensuring high-quality and flavorful dishes for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for kebabs, including marinating meats, cutting vegetables, and mixing spices. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly. Grill, broil, or otherwise cook kebabs to perfection, ensuring they are cooked to the required standards. Monitor the cooking process and adjust heat as necessary to ensure even cooking. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard of quality and consistency. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders and ensure customer satisfaction with the food and service provided. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering and receiving supplies. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or issues to the kitchen manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a kebab maker or in an Iranian culinary role. Knowledge of different types of kebabs and their preparation methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. All Nationality Can Apply Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
