Menu planning and recipe development

: Creating new, innovative dishes and designing cohesive menus.

Kitchen management

: Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training junior chefs.

Inventory and cost control

: Monitoring food and labor costs, ordering supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure profitability.

Quality control

: Ensuring all dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency before being served to customers.

Hygiene and safety
