Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Pakistani Chef.
Strong knowledge of Pakistani spices, cooking methods, and traditional recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
