Experience in : Lamb Kabab Iraqi & Ouzi
Responsibilities
Must know how to make Ouzi, Lamb, Kabab Iraqi Creating and developing dishes, sometimes specializing in specific cuisines like Arabic or Iraqi food. Overseeing the preparation and cooking process to ensure high-quality standards. Managing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, creating schedules, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Ensuring all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
