We're Hiring: In-Charge Chef

Are you a passionate and skilled chef with a flair for healthy, delicious cuisine? We're looking for a talented and dedicated In-Charge Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our three healthy restaurants across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and creativity, with a deep understanding of healthy cooking techniques and food safety standards.

Job Requirements



Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen.
Demonstrated experience in a multi-unit or multi-branch restaurant environment is highly preferred.
Previous experience with healthy, organic, or dietary-specific menus is a strong advantage.

Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong creativity and innovation in menu development.
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP certification is a plus).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Culinary Leadership:
Manage and lead the kitchen teams across all three branches, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
Develop and implement new healthy and seasonal menu items, ensuring they align with the restaurant's brand and dietary philosophy.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders to ensure all branches are well-stocked while minimizing waste.
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, scheduling maintenance as needed to prevent downtime.
Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
Analyze food costs and labor budgets, working to optimize efficiency and profitability without compromising quality.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.

Salary Package



AED 3,000 - AED 7,000, based on experience and qualifications.
