Job Description

Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, primarily French and Italian Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards Manage kitchen operations during assigned shifts Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
