Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Develop and refine menu items, including signature burgers, sides, and seasonal specials.
Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain smooth service and high standards.
Manage inventory, food costs, and waste control to meet budget goals.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and sanitation.
Work with front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate with management for repairs and upgrades.
Innovate and keep up with current burger trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a high-paced burger or casual dining environment.
Deep knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
Passion for burgers, innovation, and culinary excellence.
Culinary degree or relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
