What You'll Do:

Lead the kitchen operations with creativity and efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and innovate exciting new dishes that align with Diva'Me Cafe's concept and appeal to our diverse clientele. Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste while maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen. Collaborate with our all-women team to foster a positive, supportive, and inspiring work environment. Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards at all times, ensuring a safe and clean kitchen. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and nurturing their growth.

What We're Looking For:

A deep-seated

passion for cooking

and a genuine desire to create memorable culinary experiences. A proactive attitude and a

hunger to learn and improve

your skills and knowledge continuously. Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.

Certification in Food and Safety

is required. Experience working in a

concept cafe

will be given strong preference. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong organizational and time management abilities. A commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
