Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Private Chef with expertise in multi-cuisine cooking to provide high-quality, personalized meals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about global cuisines, including but not limited to Mediterranean, Asian, Continental, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Fusion dishes. The chef must be creative, organized, and able to meet diverse dietary preferences while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute weekly menus incorporating a wide range of cuisines
Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) tailored to the clients preferences and dietary needs
Source and purchase fresh, high-quality ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Ensure proper food storage and hygiene practices are followed
Prepare for special occasions or small events as needed
Cater to dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, vegetarian, etc.)
Maintain pantry and kitchen inventory
Collaborate with household staff when required
Qualifications:
Degree/diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Chef or in high-end hospitality
Mastery in preparing a variety of international cuisines
Knowledge of nutrition and special dietary requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Flexibility in schedule (including weekends or travel if required)
Valid drivers license (preferred)
