Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic and Continental dishes to a high standard.
Design and develop innovative menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of the household.
Ensure attractive and professional food presentation.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage practices.
Plan and manage grocery purchases, stock, and inventory efficiently.
Supervise kitchen staff (if applicable) and coordinate kitchen operations smoothly.
Adapt menus for special occasions, dietary requirements, and guest preferences.
Ensure timely preparation and service of meals according to household schedules.
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate creative ideas into menu planning.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience, with proven expertise in Continental cuisine.
Proven experience in hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end private households.
Expertise in creating innovative dishes and menus.
Excellent skills in food presentation and plating.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules.
Locally Available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
