We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cafe operations and strong knowledge of MOPH health and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes following cafe standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP/MOPH compliance.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and control food costs.
Develop new recipes and contribute to menu innovation.
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Train and guide kitchen staff to maintain consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a cafe, restaurant, or catering setup.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and inspection standards.
Strong leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
