- As a Chef de Rang (Waiter) in a French brasserie, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for the guests.
- Ensures the guests are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
