Join our passionate and dynamic culinary team at our world-class hospitality property. We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and highly skilled professional who specialises in Arabic cuisine to support our kitchen operations and delight guests with authentic flavours and refined presentation.
Key Responsibilities -
- Prepare, cook, and present traditional and contemporary Arabic cuisine, ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and visual appeal.
- Manage a designated kitchen section, maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety in accordance with HACCP and property guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop new Arabic dishes, refine menus, and contribute to seasonal culinary offerings.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared and stations are efficiently set up ahead of service, especially for Arabic cuisine items..
- Proven experience working in high-end restaurants, hotels, or resorts, focusing on Arabic cuisine preparation and service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic and modern Arabic ingredients, culinary techniques, and presentation styles.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
