Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen operations.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Support in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
Train, mentor, and evaluate junior kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
Handle customer requests or complaints related to food when required.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Take full responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
