The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes leaving the station meet the restaurant's high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. The CDP will supervise Demi Chefs and Commis in their section, maintain kitchen efficiency, and ensure consistency in all preparations while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section (such as sushi, grill, tempura, ramen, or hot kitchen) and ensure all preparations are completed on time.
Maintain the highest level of food quality, flavor balance, and presentation consistency.
Ensure mise-en-place is organized and replenished before, during, and after each service.
Train, guide, and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs in your section.
Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning, seasonal specials, and new dish development.
Monitor stock levels, manage waste, and assist in inventory control and ordering.
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Uphold the restaurant's brand image, quality standards, and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a CDP or senior Demi Chef in a Japanese or Asian fine dining restaurant.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification required.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen management.
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
