As Chef de Partie at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, you will manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality setting that blends French elegance with tropical ambiance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise food preparation and service in accordance with hotel standards
  • Guide and mentor Demi Chef de Partie and Commis staff
  • Ensure accurate and timely requisitioning and rotation of supplies using FIFO system
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your kitchen area
  • Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Implement hotel policies and procedures consistently within the kitchen
  • Enforce high sanitation standards and hygiene practices at all times
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced kitchen
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Relevant culinary diploma or certification preferred
