We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie / Commi 1 Chef to join our team at Ramada Encore Hotel Doha. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of multi-cuisine food, with expertise in Asian, Arabic, and International cuisine. Prior experience as an Indian Chef would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and consistent taste.
Oversee and manage the assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and timely food production.
Monitor food inventory and maintain proper stock levels.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, as needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other chefs and team members to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and ensure that all food leaving the kitchen is of top quality.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Commi 1 Chef, with expertise in Asian, Arabic, and International cuisine.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine would be a plus.
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent cooking skills and creativity in developing new recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
