to join our growing food production team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in bakery and pastry operations, with experience working in a high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce bakery and pastry items according to standard recipes and production schedules
Oversee daily bakery and pastry section operations
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
Monitor ingredient usage, inventory, and storage conditions
Ensure proper handling of machinery, tools, and equipment
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP, GMP compliance)
Train and guide junior staff as needed
Coordinate with Production and QA teams to meet targets and address issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Bakery/Pastry (food factory or bakery production preferred)
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, pastry production, and finishing
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume production setting
Good understanding of food safety standards and quality control
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
Flexibility to work shifts as required
