Chef De Partie Bakery Pastry

Job Description

Prepare, bake, and finish bakery and pastry items such as breads, croissants, cakes, tarts, mousses, and desserts. Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items under the guidance of the Pastry Chef. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient measurements to achieve desired results. Ensure mise-en-place is completed before service and replenished as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Bakery, or Culinary Arts. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in bakery or pastry, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment. Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, pastry production, and dessert presentation. Creativity and passion for pastry arts. Good time management and multitasking skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Must be available in Qatar
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
