Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of French cuisine and pastry techniques is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
Team player with leadership skills to supervise junior staff.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
