As Chef De Cuisine, we rely on you to:
- Manage the daily operation of Garde Manger, In Room Dining and Banquet
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
- Ensure in maximising profitability
- Support the Executive Chef in daily operation
- Has minimum of 2-5 years experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
- Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
- Is knowledgeable in Western, Indian, Oriental, Arabic and Asian cuisine
- Is able to work with a multinational team
- Enjoys being challenged
- Is fluent in oral and written English language
- Is a "Outside the box" thinker and has "can-do" attitude
