We are looking for a Mediterranean Chef de Cuisine for a busy beach side restaurant at Anantara The Palm Dubai UAE
As the name suggest the restaurant is on the beach in this resort property and operated in conjunction with Solutions Leisure Group
The restaurant is very busy with an average 300 + guest per day with a little more at peak periods.
The restaurant including the kitchen will be revamped and remodeled in stages over the next 6-8 months to ensure the functionality of the space in line with the volume of guests
A team of 14 Chefs inc the CDC in the Kitchen which will potentially raise to 17 in the future
We are looking for an individual who is not afraid of volume but also understands quality, the food is simple, balanced, and tasty, due to the nature and speed of the service, the service is fast and intense
