. This is a strategic leadership position ideal for a passionate and experienced culinary expert with a strong background in high-volume kitchens and a flair for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Innovation & Culinary Development:

Develop, refine, and elevate signature Indo Chinese dishes in line with Kulcha King's brand and customer expectations.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards and a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure consistently high quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served across outlets.

Kitchen Operations Management:

Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and workflow efficiency.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce the highest food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with UAE regulations.

Cost & Budget Control:

Manage kitchen budgets effectively, monitor food costs, control waste, and drive profitability through efficient resource management.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum of

10 years

in a senior culinary role, ideally as an Executive or Head Chef in a reputable Indo Chinese or Indian cuisine-focused restaurant. UAE experience preferred.

Culinary Expertise:

Mastery in Indian and Indo Chinese cooking styles, ingredients, techniques, and fusion trends.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead diverse kitchen teams, with strong communication, organizational, and mentoring capabilities.

Passion for Cuisine:

A deep love for food, innovation, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

UAE Market Familiarity:

Understanding of local culinary preferences, operational norms, and food service regulations in the UAE.

Mobility:

Possession of a

valid UAE driving license

and access to

personal transportation

is essential, as the role requires regular travel between outlets across the country.
