As Chef de Cuisine, we rely on you to:

• Lead the daily operation of Garde Manger, In Room Dining and Banquet
• Encourage creativity and innovation in menu engineering
• Ensure delivery of the highest standard of food quality and manage food cost
• Be responsible for the menu planning and development, banquet event functions and regular reviews of existing menu cycle
• Train/coach for talents development
• Maximise profitability of the outlet
• Support the Executive Chef in daily operation

• Has minimum of 2-5 years' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
• Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
• Is knowledgeable in Western, Indian, Oriental, Arabic and Asian cuisine
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
• Loves interacting with guests
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Is an "Outside the box" thinker and has "can-do" attitude
• Willing to work shifts
• Is able to work with a multinational team
