- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for our specialty Brasserie & Bar Restaurant menus according to property recipes and standards
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Should be able to adhere to HACCP Standards.

Your experience and skills include:
- Min. 3-4 years as Sous Chef for an International European Restaurant ready for the next role
- Knowledge of European cuisine would be mandatory for the role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Should have zeal to create new recipies and try new dishes
- Should be able to ensure, team is continuously striving to develop culinary skills.
- Should have HACCP knowledge and being able to ensure compliance in respective areas.
