We are looking for

experienced Cooks / Chefs

to join our team in

large boarding house kitchens in Croatia

. You will work as part of a professional kitchen team of

20-30 staff

, preparing and serving meals for guests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Preparing meals in the kitchen and serving dishes on the buffet table Cooking simple and complex meals from vegetables, meat, and other ingredients Preparing stews, appetizers, main courses, desserts, and working on the grill Processing and storing ingredients correctly, ensuring food safety standards Preparing ingredients for thermal processing Equipping and replenishing buffet/restaurant service tables Communicating with guests when required (knowledge of English is essential)

Requirements:

5 years of P

rofessional cooking experience

(boarding house or large team experience is an advantage) Ability to work in a large team (20-30 colleagues) Strong knowledge of ingredient processing and kitchen hygiene standards English language communication skills (required) Degree in culinary arts

Salary & Benefits:

Average salary for a Chef:

EUR1,450 / month

Salary depends on experience and position level Majority of the salary is paid monthly; the remaining portion is paid at the end of the season (holiday pay + Christmas bonus redistribution) Accommodation and meals are provided by the employer Work permit and visa expenses are covered by the employer
