Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef in our CAFE to lead the preparation of high-quality cafe meals and Beverages in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking, a creative approach to menu development, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. As a Chef, you will oversee food preparation, ensure consistency and quality, and help create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards Develop and update menu items, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation to ensure timely service Monitor food stock, place orders, and manage inventory to reduce waste and control costs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and special promotions
Must have 2 years minimum experience in the UAE for the position.
Salary will be discussed upon interview.
