About Us:

We are a vibrant restaurant offering both daily dining and catering services. We are seeking a skilled Catering Chef to join our kitchen team, specializing in Arabic and Continental cuisine, to ensure high-quality food preparation for both restaurant operations and catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Arabic and Continental dishes for both restaurant service and catering events. Lead and support team during food preparation and catering operations. Plan menus for catering events in line with restaurant standards and client requirements. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Manage kitchen operations efficiently during shifts, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of catering orders. Sandwich Experience is a Must.

Requirements:

Experience (2-5 years) as a chef in a restaurant or catering environment. Hands-on cooking experience with both Arabic and Continental cuisine. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent time management, creativity, and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling, with relevant certifications. Strong culinary techniques.
