Key Responsibilities of a Brand Chef:

Menu Development and Innovation:

Creating and developing seasonal menus, signature dishes, and innovative culinary offerings that align with the brand's identity and target audience.

Quality Control:

Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste across all locations by implementing and maintaining strict standards.

Team Leadership and Training:

Leading, mentoring, and training kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Cost Management:

Managing food costs, inventory, and ordering to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Brand Alignment:

Ensuring all culinary operations and menu items align with the brand's overall identity, values, and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Staying Current:

Keeping up with culinary trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all kitchen operations adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Culinary Expertise:

Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and menu planning.

Leadership and Management:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Creativity and Innovation:

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
