Job Description
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Checker - he/she is responsible for ensuring that the company\'s operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Checker is responsible for processing customer orders, resolving customer complaints, and handling returns Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check carefully items quantity of branches displays orders and credit customers\' orders (caf\xc3\xa9 and restaurants).
- Check all Job Orders in be filled with correct and clear information. Check cake weight, size, shape, color by color-coding list correctness of con plex. edible photos, all sugar toys, prices, delivery time and address. After put status Approved in Awery.
- Check working process of decorators. Detect mistakes and ask to fix them immediately. Check sizes of non-standard cakes to be correct fitted into doors of delivery cars.
- Check colors, quantity and quality of sugar toys, shape, edible photos, all messages and decorations on the cake according to attached photo in Job Orders. If you found any mismatches, do not accept finished work and report to Chef de Partie or Production Manager. IF everything correct put immediately status Checked in Awery. Make photo of ready cakes before giving to drivers or customer.
- Put correct information in delivery list regarding cakes ready statuses.
- Give all complete information (!!!) about late orders to your colleagues before finish your duty.
- Help packaging guys to pack properly cakes and pastries in boxes before delivery
- Give all orders to drivers and customers only with invoices.
- Check all items received from customers and put notes and signature on Job Order.
- Minimum 2 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the similar field.
