Online Chat Support Intern
to join our team and assist customers through live chat. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with resolving issues and providing accurate information.
Maintain records of interactions for follow-up.
Collaborate with the support team to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Own visa
Excellent written English skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
