Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients. Support in organizing and conducting property site visits. Help maintain and update client databases and CRM tools. Learn and participate in negotiations and deal closure processes. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Provide general administrative support to the sales department.

Requirements



Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus, but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools. Ability to work independently and in a team.
