We are representing a dynamic ship owner based in Dubai, renowned for its global presence and commitment to excellence in the maritime industry. Currently, they are seeking a Senior Chartering Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of their shipping operations.

- Conduct negotiations for charter agreements, rates, and terms with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate vessel schedules and logistics effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, analyze data, and implement strategies for maximizing profitability in freight.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in charter management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, fostering positive relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of shipping market dynamics, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
