Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Charter Broker. The Charter Broker will be responsible for searching and attracting new clients and managing client relationships, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing all aspects of charter flights, including scheduling, pricing, and logistics. The role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Charter Broker will also be tasked with marketing and sales efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications
Experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service Strong skills in coordination, scheduling, and logistics management Proficiency in negotiation and contract management Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards Marketing and sales skills to attract and retain clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
