Coordinate with the Site Engineer and General Foreman to supervise and control the construction crew(s) assigned to him for the timely completion of assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
Preplan next day work, show up first at site and carry on Toolbox meeting to instruct and deploy assigned technicians for their assigned tasks.
Execute assigned site activities according to planned construction schedule and within allocated man-hours.
Respond on time to site meetings (if requested) and to report the daily progress.
Produce As Built drawings (Red Mark-ups) to track the changes from the original AFC drawings.
Support Inspections, Mechanical completion of systems and Dossier compilation when requested.
Tracing Equip./Material received/ Consumables...
Installation of cables, motors, transformer, switchgear with relevant tests (insulation, dielectric, torque, Ductor, polarization)
Installation of UPS, Battery and Panels.
Installation of pneumatic and electronic instruments with relevant bench calibration.
Installation of communication system Equipment CCTV, PABX, SCADA, PA/GA, Loudspeaker, flashing beacon...
Pressure test: Pneumatic and Hydrostatic (Leak test) of instrument tubing
Flushing of piping system
Using E&I Test Equipment such as Multimeter, Megger, Dead Weight Tester, Pneumatic Calibrator, Multifunction Calibrator, Earth Tester, etc.
Should be capable of handling 10 to 20 productive personnel. Should have very good experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction & pre-commissioning works.
Should have the capability to read and understand electrical (e.g. SLD) and instrumentation drawings (e.g. P&ID), specifications and codes.
Should have knowledge of Process, hydraulic & Pneumatic Instruments, Control Valves, calibration & Testing of various Instruments and field devices, installation of all types of Electrical Equipment and Instrumentation systems.
Should have knowledge of various international standards and codes of practice like NEC, NEMA, API, IEC, IEEE, IPCEA, ANSI, AGA, ASA, VDE, BSS, etc.
Should be able to produce As Built drawings (Red Mark-ups) to track the changes from the original AFC drawings.
