Responsible for the smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic. Delegate assignments and provides supervision for the support staff in accordance with their level of training and the patient\'s acuity. Works, in cooperation with medical providers to ensure the quality of patient care.
Provide assistance and care for patients, supervise nursing staff, offer guidance and support, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilites:
Record patients\' medical records and monitor vital signs.
Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs.
Coordinating daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Mentoring and training new staff and providing support and guidance to all staff members.
Monitoring medical charts and providing compassionate care and assistance to patients and families.
Liaising with doctors and administrators and communicating any protocol changes to staff.
Recording and maintaining accurate reports.
Identifying issues or emergencies and responding in a calm and efficient manner.
Report any issues that are identified by patients or their relatives on a timely basis.
Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels in the unit.
Ensure that all provision of nursing care is documented on a timely basis and accurately reflects the patient experience
Ensure that individual consultant care protocols are followed.
Administer all drugs and medications as per the local policies and procedures.
Report to the nurse manager any nursing issues of significance or concern.
Experience
Educational Qualifications:
Associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in nursing.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse
Professional Experience:
At least a minimum of 5 continuous years of experience
Previous overseas experience is advantage but not essential.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current RN license from a recognized accredited professional body.
Maintains licensure as required.
Prior experience in a healthcare facility required
Attendance or certification in nursing management from a recognized professional organization
