The Chargehand is responsible for supervising a team of skilled and semi-skilled workers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of the assigned team and allocate tasks effectively.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
Monitor progress, report delays, and assist in resolving on-site issues.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site regulations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition; report shortages or damages.
Assist engineers and supervisors in preparing progress reports.
Train and guide junior staff or new team members on proper work procedures.
Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct inspections and quality checks of completed work.

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
