Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of laborers and tradesmen on-site
Ensure execution of civil works such as concrete works, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and general site preparation
Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Assist site engineer or foreman with material planning and manpower allocation
Report daily progress and site issues to site supervisor or project engineer
Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety among the crew
Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
