. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled and unskilled workers on-site, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of workers on construction sites, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate work activities with site engineers and foremen to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site rules.
Monitor the use of tools, materials, and machinery.
Report progress, issues, and material requirements to supervisors/engineers.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Support quality control and inspection processes.
Assist in the installation and construction of structural components for high-rises and villas.
Guide and train new or junior workers as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Chargehand in the UAE construction industry.
Proven experience working on
high-rise buildings and villas
.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
