We are seeking skilled

Charge-hands

with expertise in

Carpentry, Masonry, or Steel Fixing

to lead small teams on civil construction sites. The ideal candidates will have between

5 and 10 years of practical experience

in civil construction, with a strong understanding of site work and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for carpentry, masonry, or steel fixing trades Lead and manage a small crew of skilled workers ensuring productivity and quality Ensure work is performed according to project specifications and safety standards Monitor tools, materials, and equipment usage on site Report progress and any issues to the site foreman or engineer Enforce safety regulations and maintain site discipline Assist with quality control and site housekeeping

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience in civil construction with proven skills in carpentry, masonry, or steel fixing Ability to supervise small teams efficiently Good knowledge of construction site safety and quality standards Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings Strong communication and leadership skills Immediate availability preferred
