Key Responsibilities
Acquire and develop new channel partners while managing existing accounts.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business reach.
Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
5-7 years of sales experience in
PC monitors or Networking brands
(Samsung, MSI, TP-Link, D-Link, etc.).
Strong knowledge of the
UAE channel market
(Bur Dubai & Deira preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
