The Manager - Channel Relations is responsible for relationship management, lead flow optimization, and day-to-day broker servicing to ensure the consistent delivery of channel-generated revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for assigned brokers and agencies.
Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of broker deals including registration, follow-up, and closure coordination.
Ensure availability of updated project brochures, pricing, and sales tools for all channel partners.
Support execution of broker training and internal communication sessions.
Update lead progress and broker feedback regularly in CRM systems.
Address operational queries from brokers and align internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain records of broker performance and incentive calculations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Work Experience:
3+ years of Business Development or Accounts handling experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
